Gunmen kills About Eight Security Operatives Security Operatives In Umualumaku Community

Imo State Police Command has vowed to fish out the killers of the security operatives who were murdered in Umualumaku, Ehime Mbano Local Government Area of the state.

ENYIMBA FM gathered that Gunmen unleashed mayhem in Umualumaku community, killing about eight security operatives comprising soldiers, policemen and men of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps.

It was gathered that members of the Joint Task Force, who were in two Hilux vans were killed and set ablaze in the patrol vehicles by their attackers.

Meanwhile, Governor Hope Uzodimma has assured the public that those behind the killing will be fished out and made to face the law.

The Governor visited the scene of the ugly incident accompanied by the Imo State Commissioner of Police and the Director, Department of State Services.
